All of our garments are made of organic cotton and are enriched with purpose-built innovative fabric technologies including:
- Durapel™: Repels blood, body fluids, dirt, oil, and most everyday liquids for easy cleaning.
- Anti-Bacterial™ with NanoSilver®: Kills 99.9% of pathogens on contact, helping reduce cross-infection risks.
- Hyperlux Stretch™: Provides superior flexibility and comfort during long shifts.
Are Wear Group™ garments stain-proof?
Are Wear Group™ garments stain-proof?
No. Wear Group Durapel™ is stain-repellent, not stain-proof. While it resists most liquids and dirt, stains from ink, paint, or grease are not covered under warranty.

Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days via registered courier (Australia Post eParcel, DHL, UPS, or FedEx). If no one is available to sign, your parcel will be sent to the nearest collection point.

Can I return or exchange Wear Group™ garments?
- Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.
- Returns for incorrect sizing are not accepted on custom or embroidered orders.
- A 10% restocking fee applies for late returns or returns without a purchase.
To request a refund, send a request via the Contact Us form. Select Refund and Request from the dropdown and include your order details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, Wear Group™ does not accept parcels marked “Return to Sender.”

Does Wear Group™ offer embroidery services?
Yes. Wear Group™ provides in-house embroidery, including:
- $100 setup (digitising) fee, with one free sample stitch-out.
- Additional stitch-outs or changes cost $20 each.
- Most logo embroidery is around $20 per garment (final cost depends on size and complexity).
